The idea of 'being true to yourself' really appeals and has grown stronger since my time in California, April 2008. My previous blog explains more about my Authentic Transformation Adventure then.
A lot of changes have happened during the last two years, some unforeseen and others chosen. My focus now in life is very much to do the things I love and to act from a place of love instead of fear. I have chosen a new beginning in New Zealand, with Alex my life partner, to travel and work here, Australia and possibly Asia over the next two years.
I found this quote today and think it sums up my feelings about change very nicely!
It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.
